Have extended warranty on fridge. Fridge broke 11/11. Spent numerous hours on hold and several phone calls to get a repair appt for 11/15. Repairman said he ordered parts, would ship them overnight and he would be back 11/17. Called repairmaster today, 11/16, tomake sure parts shipped and appt was still scheduled for 11/17. Parts are backordered, no expected ship date, and i have no confidence that my fridge is going to be repaired or replaced any time soon. A person shouldn't be without a fridge for this long. Especially when i made one phonecall and found the part that was needed and it was available. Repairmaster wants you to get frustrated and give up and pay for the repairs yourself. Very frustrated and irritated. Today alone, i've spent over 4 hours on the phone trying to get resolution
