Sears, Non-working refrigerator - KENMORE Fridge

I purchased a fridge on 12-31-12 & it took 2 weeks before Sears was able to deliver it. I asked for an earlier delivery, but I was told that was the earliest available. On 2-11, I called the repair service (spoke w / Kiersten) to report the ice dispenser had quit working. A service tech was out later that day. He ordered parts & rescheduled appt. To fix it on 2-18-13. The part was not in on 2-18; so appt was rescheduled for 2-22-13. On 2-22; service tech was out and replaced parts, but ice dispenser STILL NOT working. He ordered a new control panel. New appt made for 3-6-13! On 3-6, two service tech came out to replace control panel. Ice dispenser now works properly. Called repair service on 4-12-13 (spoke w / Daniel) temperature in fridge is 27-39 degrees, with set temp on 42 degrees. Fresh food/vegtables are being frozen in my fridge. They ordered 2 parts over the phone and stated the EARLIEST appt was 4-22-13&10 days away! Told them I was very disappointed with having to wait 10 days again, to have it serviced! They told me their was nothing more they could do. On 4-22, the service tech was back out again, replaced the 2 parts, but later that day the temperature was back down to 27-34 degrees, and the temperature is set at 42 degrees. Called the repair service on 4-23, (spoke w / Chris) I stated service tech was out the day before, replaced 2 parts, but refrigerator is still freezing my food, and it is set at 42 degrees. ANOTHER appt was made for 4-27. On 4-27, Service tech was out, he called manufacture, ordered a 3rd control panel, and made a new appt to replace that on 5-1-13. On 5-1-13, (Spoke with Arnett) sears called me in the afternoon to notify me that appt needed to be rescheduled because only 1 of 2 parts was in! I was very upset, the earliest appt. Available to replace parts AGAIN was 5-13-13—TWO WEEKS out! I asked to speak to a manager & got disconnected. I called right back (spoke w / David) told him I was very disappointed & upset/frustrated that I paid over $1,500 for a refrigerator and was given a "lemon" that has been Non-working more that working, and AGAIN, the soonest appt. To try and fix it was 2 WEEKS AWAY! Told him to pass it to his supervisor since I got disconnected the previous time, that I was very upset that I was sold a "lemon". So far, I've wasted 6 personal days, waiting from 8am-5pm, on Sears, to fix my refrigerator, and it is still not working properly. I want my money back! Sears can have their lemon of refigerator back!
