Tim kelley at south bay property management and sales aka south bay real estate group was the new manager for my property in redondo beach. After 3 months of not receiving my profits for the rent he collected, he withheld all the funds and disappeared. My associates and i have spent lots of money, time, and numerous attempts to locate tim cullen kelley and his wife at south bay property management but they have disappeared. I found that he was managing another property and i contacted the owner only to find that he had done the same to them, except they had not heard from him in a month. Tim kelley is a fraud and south bay property management is a scam - they stole from me and another property owner and should go to jail!!
