I purchased a TIVO collection ($300) and registered for that service-only to discover that my telephone business who offers my wire support doesn't use cards. After paying many months looking for a workaround (it was not really a high-priority in my own existence), I eventually recognized the TIVO wouldn't function. After I attempted to stop the support, I had been educated that termination after thirty days wasn't feasible because of business plan. Obviously it was information in my experience. The broker decided that my failure for connecting TIVO and all the associated issues were recorded.

I described I actually couldn't make use of the support, the substance of his solution, also poor, organization plan to not permit cancellations after thirty days.

I'd not suggest TIVO as a result of this. Their conduct with this issue is completely unaceptable which is a great sign the things they could be like on other issues. Whilst the saying goes, "buyer beware".
