Requested 140$ value of fireplace components for my pellet stove, nearly every item was hardly packed with any balance. The components returned around so much the container was split and damaged and components were significantly less than functional. Possibly the toughest online buying experience I Have ever endured and I-do 95% of my shopping online. Obviously, their site involved a pleasant disclaimer saying they're not accountable for delivery harm, well yes I Would place that on my shop also easily did not understand how to deal an item worth sh*t.
