My husband and daughter had their cell phones with AT&T Wireless and we have been trying to get the bill straigtened out with them since December. We are not able to end the contract because they continually add to the bill and therefore will not let us be released. Both my daughter and husband have agreed to pay all amounts due and each pay a $175.00 early end of contract fee. We have all talked with AT&T as well as gone into their office and still have not been able to resolve the bill. My husband and daughter do not want anything to do with this company. There agreement is listed in the fine print but they make it so there is no way to get out of it since they are always adding on fees and charges and they will not let you cancel as long as there is a balance. Both cell phones are disconnected.
