Wireless phone thieves and liars Dallas

I purchased wireless service in august when my daughter went off to college with a special for 3 lines. Each bill was approximately $350 (which is outrageous and we never went over our monthly minutes).

We never had a sgined contract (couldn't get them to send us one), which is how they screw the customer.in January my husband had not paid the bill and the service was cut off. I was tired of fighting with them and paying high bills, so we got another service and were going to pay the account off.in February I got a phone call saying that since we had recently received new phones, (the old ones died), that by opening the box, we had extended out contract for another 2 years (still no signed contract), and that we owed $ and we had to call and cancel the contract (even tho the phones had been cut off) and we were charged for the month of February!

I started sending them monthly payments (checks they cashed) and then was turned over to a collection agency!

You never get to talk to the same person when you call them, they lie and tell you anything, they don't know what they are doing, their service is lousy, they are hateful and rude, and the highest priced wireless service around.

We now have Cingular, pay about $140/month for 3 phones, have roll-over minutes and are much happier! However, I can't get rid of the collection agency!!!
