I have purchased two pre-paid and on contract cell phones. One pre-paid cell phone with AT&T Wireless (now Cingular Wireless) as well as a pre-paid and contract cell phone with Cingular Wireless. These phones have cost me close to $400.00 and now they are telling me that they are unable to activate these phones and that I must be another phone. They claim that they no longer use the technology that activates these phones. I am thoroughly disgusted and feel bamboozled. I will be taking my business elsewhere because this is clearly a scam!
