I delivered my unit to Long View and after 5 weeks the issues that were a result of 3 1/2 months of use still remain unfinished and I was told at the last hour they were no longer a Hartland dealer and to take my problems down the road. The company would not fight for my rights as an owner and the shop and managers do not communicate. Most of the follow-up was done by myself to the manufacture and parts were never ordered for repairs. The brakes were not repaired and after 5 weeks I was told that every 12 to 15 thousand miles they needed to be replaced, period. Then the service manager came in to the office and proceeded to tell me that I was hard on brakes and my unit was overloaded both wich are false. Now I am using the trailer with a/c inculation on the door handle to keep it from rubbing the paint from the door latch (pretty work). Every light inside and out including the under cabnets were on when I went to pick-up the unit and the battery was dead with a battery slam out of water, the battery had to be replaced. To take the trailer away the company insisted on a credit card for a $300 insurance that they would be paid if warranty didn't come up with the labor to not fix the brakes. Rags and unfinished wood work were found inside and hand prints all around the outside. The $600.00 repair quote I fixed for less the $150.00 and had parts from the manufacturer in 4 days. I had asked for certain items to be done in a specific way and that I would furnish or pay additional for and they did not respect my request. If the tech that worked on my unit is there top guy as they say I hate to see the rest.
