I ordered flowers from Blooms Today on 6/23 for my father in-law’s funeral. On the final payment it stated that the flowers would cost me $113.02. This reflects a $35 discount, express delivery fee, and standard fee and FST fee.in addition, I will be charge a $9.99 for membership which will give me access to discounts to other stores and products including Blooms Today and I can cancel at any time. However, after reviewing the list of businesses that were giving the discounts, they were not businesses that I frequently make purchases from. Therefore, I call a week later to cancel and I was told that I will be charge the $35 that was taken off the price of the flowers because I did not keep the membership for 21 days. I ask to speak to a supervisor and left my cell number, twice and I did not receive a call back. When I check with my credit card they had already posted a charge of $35 on my card. I find this company to be dishonest in servicing customers. Therefore, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
