Blooms Today has a scam going on. I purchased flowers for $129.99 from them on June 23 for a funeral. They offered me a discount of $35 if I signed up to their membership for $9.99 and I could cancel at any time. However, when I did call and cancel a week later, they reverse the discount and charge my card $35 and give me a credit of $9.99. To my disbelief, twenty-one days later my card was charged $14.99 from a company called Identity Worldwide.com. When I called the phone number provided to dispute the charge, it was an associate company of Blooms Today. I immediately asked for a cancel and credit to my account to which I was told that cannot be done. Their reason was that I had the service for 21 days and that I should have called within the 21 days.in addition, they are a separate company from Blooms Today. However, when I had called the phone message answered Blooms Today. Mind you, I had canceled my account with them on June 30th. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was told that there is not one currently available. Finally, I was transferred to someone who said that she would cancel and issue a credit to my account in 3-5 business days. Do not buy from this company!
