Earlier this weekend my spouse, 12 months old child and that I were in Ma to get a long-weekend. Once we were staying in the Four Months, we went towards the Jacadi shop on Boyleston Street in Ma right nearby. On Friday August 19th at around 4:00pm we strolled in to the shop and asked about obtaining a gown for my child. Both revenue individuals (both feminine) never quit the register region situated towards the rear of the shop and just directed towards the entrance of the shop where younger kids products were. Whenever we ask of a particular dimension, neither of both revenue individuals quit the register region, but merely stated "whatsoever that's about the stand". I would like to also observe that it had been pouring that evening and we were the only real people within the shop. I sensed that people were an irritation towards the personnel and they were doing us a benefit by permitting my loved ones to their existence. We look at Jacadi frequently home in Ny, particularly the Columbus Circle store, and that I am shocked in the customer support in the Ma Back Bay store. I'dnot actually be prepared to be handled this way within an Old Navy. I really hope you discover my feedback and perception useful in continuing your company functions.
