I shop quite a bit at New York and Company in El Paso, TX Sunland PK location. Every time I go in the store, I never get greeted by the sales associates, they never ask, "do I need help, " they never ask, "can they start a fitting room for me, " they never ask, "if they can get me another size, " when am in the fitting room or when my husband is searching for the correct size for me. They never ask my husband if they can help. There has been many times the sales associates are standing in the middle of store just talking and laughing among each other. I went into the store 11-29-12 and there was no sales associated to be found, if I was theft (which am not) I could of walk out of the store with a couple of outfits. I circle around the front a few times to see if I could see anyone, and then headed towards the cashier area and finally sales associated standing there, she never said a word to me. (Later found out she was the store assistant manager) What finally got me and this has happen to me before in the store several times, is woman who speaks Spanish and is Hispanic the sales associates will greet and help. Do the sales associates only help people that are from Mexico and Spanish speak customer only? We do live in the USA!!!
