Family Dollar in Buena Vista, CO
Every time I have been to this location there is no one at the register. I usually go in to pick up one or two items and want to run in and out quickly. However at this location the people working are always in some other area of the store where they can't see the register. It takes twice as long as it should because you either have to wait for someone to see you or go find someone to come ring you up. I understand that there are other things to do in the store but at least one person should be within eye-shot of the register after all nothing else really matters if there is no one to help the customers. I am at the point where I would rather shop next door even if the item costs a little more just so that I don't have to waste an extra 10-15 minutes to check-out. Today when I was ready to check out there were 5 people in line that no one had noticed, one person came from the back of the store finally and when I left the other employee was outside on the phone.
