I purchased three lamps last february/march and on boxing day the glass-on one of these erupted delivering blocks of toughened glass throughout my bar. I visited the store wherever i bought the lights and the assistant was very supportive and advised me to select three different lights and return the defective one as well as the other two and they'd exchange or i might have the defective one changed. Excellent i believed but she then - after talking to the director - recommended me that she could just do that on production of the original receipt that we do not are in possession of.
I noticed that the lights aren't just defective but dangerous but still for sale. Go up with this hq she said and gave me a card having an email - [damaris. [email protected]] (url: mailto: damaris. [email protected]) i did so this last week and haven't had any reaction i also sent two emails for their online site and experienced no reaction there either - aid!!!
