I bought some Christmas lights for my tree but found that I hated the look of the "cool white" lights after opening one box out of 6 to see if they worked. I went to my local store to exchange the lights for "warm white" lights. The store would not exchange the lights for me because I did not have my receipt. I bought the lights from out-of-state due to my recent move. Even though the lights had never been used and still in the original boxes, unopened! I understand not taking back or exchanging used items. But if the item I had was used and I had a receipt... I would have been able to exchange or get a refund. Very dissappointed in this! I knew I should have bought my Christmas decor from Wal-Mart!
