Dont even think about giving this supposed "law firm" your hard earned money!!! You will never hear from an attorney at all!!! And the only calls they make is when they want money! Unprofessional staff, Sophie Russell (kept referring to me as sweetie) when she was making the deal and pitching her scam! Then when they have your money - they simply dont ever call you back. Also on top of the calls that were never returned and numerous emails never aknowledged, MR Paul Alonge (office manager) not even an attorney has the nerve to call me when I placed a dispute with my credit card to have my $2,500 returned to me for
no services given, no calls returned, no paper work mailed - no proof that they even tried to negotiate my home modification in my behalf, and only when my credit card dispute was filed and their offices contacted, did this Paul Alonge call me to warn me that he would fight this dispute and say I signed a contract. I have never even spoken to a real attorney in my case. There was one email that explained that my bank would not allow a short pay off and that was it, I never heard back from anyone or any attorney and they never returned any calls or responded to any emails. This practice should be investigated and shut down!
