I placed an order with hometownfavorites.com on 2/2. Their website promised fast shipping with delivery in 3-5 days for my area. It is now 2/9 and they have not shipped my items. They say part of the items were on back order. They gave me the option of either a credit, to ship the items that were available, or to hold shipment until everything was available. I chose to wait, only to have them tell me they would ship anyway. This was on 2/8. Their shipments are posted by 3 A.M. And they did not ship my items. They have given me the run around in every way and I cannot get them to ship or refund. I am going to try and get my money back via PayPal.
Avoid this site at all costs. It is not worth the hassle. First they sell items they don't actually have, then delay shipment. Or rather, it appears they do not ship and just take your payment. Bad business practices and terrible customer service.
