I ordered a pair of heels over a week ago and they have yet to ship. I was of course charged for the heels right away, but they haven't even been placed in the mail yet. This is not the first time this has happened. However, I think it is unacceptable for it to take over a week to ship a pair of shoes. Further, when I wrote an inquiry to their customer service, I was informed that it will take 1-2 days before I even get a response.
At this point, it will be 3 weeks by the time I get my shoes and this is totally unacceptable. I have always loved Aldo, but this will be my last purchase. I am very disappointed.
