I placed an order on March 14th. I expected delivery by ground within one week. It is now two weeks later and the package has not arrived. So, I contacted the company and they told me that because the item is food (of course it is, that's all they ship) they waited to ship until the 20th HOLDING MY PACKAGE so that it would not be in transit over a weekend. WHAT? That makes no sense.
So, they shipped on the 20th. They said they "hoped it would arrive by the 24th"... HOPED??? Of course, that's not the way shipping works. The package is scheduled to arrive today... The 27th. But, it still has not arrived. I can only hope it will make it here tomorrow.
Do not order from this shop because they do not ship when promised and they hold packages that are ready to ship until they feel like it. On their website it says they will ship within FIVE days, but they decided not to do so in my case and waited SIX days.
Do not order from them unless you don't mind waiting a few weeks for your order to arrive.
