Flux Services, Inc. Account cancellation, refuse to return calls or answer support tickets, continue to withdraw funds from my bank account

Ultra website hosting supports websites, I have had an account with them for one year and decided I did not need it anymore, I have sent them 3 support tickets and left 4 messages on there on line support and 1 phone message to cancel my account over the past 3 weeks and have not had any response from them at all. Yet they still are charging my bank account
