No service and no refund ripoff

Got new hosting service with them on 7/6, and upgraded to marketing plan at same day, where I'd have webstore integration. Emailed support for help with that, the rep said I did not have the service. After paid $19.95 for hosting marketing, I was told I did not have the second. Emailed back and asked to cancel marketing and refund $9, rep said ok. He never did it. Called billing and asked to cancel/refund since the plan I was on was not working. They cancel account and did not refund stating that i purchased domain name. If I paid $9 for marketing itself, why would a domain name cost the whole $19.95? Called them demanding a manager, whom refused to take the call. After sending me to 3 different reps, one of them explained to me my plan and I agreed to continue with the service. After that, I could login to control panel of my account anymore, all tickets log on the support page are gone. Emailed support, he said my account is cancelled. Now I don;t have service or my money back.
