I went to Best Buy and decided to get an open box washer and dryer set, heck I just wanted to save some money. I looked at the washer I wanted and it said I would get a 50 dollar gift card for buying this open item
I asked if I could use the gift card towards the purchase of the dryer. I was told that was fine as long as I didn't purchase them on the same day.
The cashier rang up my purchases and it came up to over 100 dollars more than it should have been, so I instantly asked what's the extra for she said sales tax and your gift card!
I said why do I have to pay for a gift card that is supposed to be free? No one could answer my question so they missed out on a 13 hundred dollar sale trying to be slick! (tee-hee)
