Norvergence sold me a telecommunications system on the premise that it would cost much less than what I had and the rates would not go up for the term of the contract which was 60 months.
Just this month a bill arrived from Norvergence which showed an increase from the $91 monthly Charge to $235 in one month! Their explanation was that it was a pass through charge and is legitamite.
Please join me so that we can start a class action lawsuit against Norvergence.
