3/24 On March 20 I purchased a contract from AT&T Wireless. We have had very poor service. They take forever to answer the phones. The company does not return phone calls.
I have been trying since Jan. 2004 to get a hold of Cheryl Promoter at 1-800-654-0210 and left a lot of messages and no response yet. So my contract was up and I called in to cancel it and I was told my 2nd line had a new contract because the phone was shut off so I could receive a new sim card because the old one did not work. I said to review my original contract and I was told my service would be terminated at my request but I might get an early termination fee.
The service is terrible and I was given no compensation for all my trouble unless I resign so I said no. So here we are warning people about AT&T Wireless Bad Business
