Unfair early termination fee and restocking fee

I purchased laptop connect device and 4gwireless service to be used for xbox360 gaming. At no time did the service function properly not assistance from at&t helped. The order was recieved 11/9 and 706-633-4999 wireless service was activated at no time did the wireless service provide proper service. On 11/27 terminated at&t wireless service. Customer relations said they would charge me $150 for early termination and $35 restocking fee for returned equipment. Poor service was not taken into consideration. They refused to review the requests for assistance that logged in by at&t
