After seeing so many bad reports for Aaron's, I feel I must put in my two cents. I realize this is a "rip-off" site, but the home page DOES talk about wanting the truth. While some people may have had problems with their local Aaron's franchise, I would like to say that all of my experiences with Aaron's have been positive. I have dealt with the Aaron's here in Norwalk and the Aaron's in Elyria, OH. I have been able to acquire a refrigerator, living room set, air conditioner, electric stove, plasma TV, and riding lawn mower from them over the last 5 years. The only time I have had any problems was with one piece of the living room set. The coffee table came apart a few weeks after we got it. I made one phone call to the store, and the following day they showed up with a brand new table. All my other purchases have been positive. There have been a few times when I wasn't able to make a payment on time. As long as I let them know what was going on, they have ALWAYS worked with me. Everyone has treated me well, and I have never hesitated in referring them to my friends and co-workers. I just wanted to make my experiences known and a part of this site. Thank you.
