Have a pair of jeans that the lady on the phone said that the size i needed got them and the waist is way to big on me and they keep falling down - i seen the ad again today and it said size guarantee - I do not have my paperwork any more as I had already removed the sticker in hopes that washing them in hot water would have shrunk them enough for me to wear. NO GO can't wear them as the waist is way to big.
Can you offer any remedy?
