Aaron's needs to look up the words "Customer service" in the dictionary. A couple of years ago in the Fall, my mother was in the hospital with the H1N1. Aaron's called my Grandmother to collect a payment. They were VERY rude to her. She is an elderly woman with a heart condition and does not deserve that sort of treatment. No one does. It is the CUSTOMERS who keep the company afloat. My Mother recovered. We will NOT be doing business with Aaron's again in the future. I do not believe a word of this "Nobody beats Aaron's" claim in the commercial. Clearly, they are delusional.
