ALFRESIA Garden Garden Furniture... Requested products (site stated 'in-stock') about the 20th January purchase A64103. Compensated by bank card that evening and taken from my consideration, sent 20th Feb. No response, named 16 Mar, informed 'will-call back'. No-call, named 18/3 same deal, named 21/3 same deal, named 22/3 same. Emailed complete criticism 22/3, no response, named and have to talk to supervisor 29/3. She's 'unavailable' and that I cant take a look at program? Duhhh?! Asked supervisor to call back. No phone...
No email. Nothing. This really is probably the toughest/lowest effective customer support I've actually undergone, never actually got an acknowledgment or an apology, and not just one response. We've now been compelled to enter a problematic state about the card applied, and wish this can trigger them just as much suffering because they have caused me.
Is likely to be worrying to an ombudsman easily will find one... Don't cope with this lot when I have today (also late!) discovered that there are additional grievances on the web etc re this bunch.
