It's been nearly 3 months since I received my two canvases that had color and canvas quality issues and have had no success getting this resolved. I've left countless voicemails and emails, and rarely get a response. When I finally do, I am promised it will get taken care of and then I get ignored for another 3 weeks.
I feel like I am being strung along and at this point really just want my money back. I've been corresponding with Donna Byrnes, sent her photos of my issues, and it's been since July 16th that I last spoke to her. I can see that many other people are having issues with CP as well. At this point, I would rather just have my money back. When will Canvas People step up and make this right!
I've since found another online company that has by far better print quality, mounting wire applied to the back in a very professional way, and uses 1.5" stretcher bars for the same price as CP's skimpy 5/8" stretcher bars. I'll be using them from now on.
