I made on order on Sunday and realized the order did not qualify for the free products. There is no where on the web site to cancel an order. I emailed customer service immediately. The next day I called and it took me two hours to get hold of someone. They said that since the order was "in Process" they could not cancel it? Doesn't make sense to me. If it has not been shipped— it should be able to be cancelled.
Do not order from these people, they are crooks!
