I ordered three canvases from this company on November 30th, trusting that I would have them in time for Christmas. I have ordered from this company before, and was happy with the shipping speed and the canvas quality. I received an order confirmation email, and my payment went through. I never received the tracking number, so I tried in vain to contact them. They never answered the phone, and never responded to emails. I never received my canvases. Two months later, they sent several emails saying that that their computer system was down, and they had lost my order, so I sent my order number to them. Never heard back. Do not use this company!!!
