I ordered a few items from this company in dec15-i finally got items (2) in mid jan.. I had to return them for proper size and restocking charge of 15%. I am still waiting for these items and it is march 9. They e-mail me saying they are on the way and nothing... I tried over 14 times to call them and get the machine or get the message the mail box is full. They give me a ups tracking number—that is not correct. They still don't seem to understand—customer service. I asked for something to even the stress and delays. They never wrote me back. I even asked them as consumers themselves, how would they respond to such poor quaility and service? And no responce...
I offered them to call me and explain—no calls. This entire matter has gone way out of control and i am very upset... And they refuse to explain what the delays are or if they plan on doing anything to make this right by me
