My and I placed a order on spicylingerie's website. After waiting several weeks for our ordern and not recieving it we began trying to contact the company. We have called many times a day and never get a answer (and can't leave a messege because the voice mailbox is full). We have sent e-mail after e-mail never to get a reply. We have also sent them many faxes and still no responce from this company.
The web site claims to have great customer service. We have gotten no service at all. We have reported Spicy Lingerie to our credit card company but nothing has been done as of yet.
We made a rather large order, and wouldn't be so upset if we could just get e response to why we have not recieved our order. But the customer service is so poor that there is no human interaction from any one at Spicy Lingerie.
If you happened to go to this website DO NOT place an order unless you want to throw money away because you won't get what you pay for.
