Apex Digital
Ripoff I paid for merchandise and they won't ship it

I have ordered and paid for two items from Apex Digital. One item was ordered and paid for in March and the other item was order and paid for in June. They (Customer Service) have issued me a Customer Number: 18267. I have contacted customer service several times by telephone and I get the same response everytime I call: "Your order is at our warehouse and will be shipped within the next two weeks. I called the Apex Digital corporate offices and could not get beyond the receptionist when I asked for someone with authority related to customer service. I asked for a vice president of the president and was told that if I wanted to leave information, someone would get back to me. Mighty suspicious! I need your help! The items ordered were:
