It all starts off with rich collecting money to start a job, but never calls or comes back. You need to call him everyday for weeks to get a responce and when you do he tells you that he has been busy. (Busy what? Ripping off everyone?) In the mean time he has already spent your money on his habits and until he gets money from someone else, he won't be back. Finale when he ripps off the next person and has money to do your job, he will take twice as long and try to do things that he is not certified to do and screw it all up costing you twice as much. You must watch out for this liar. If you try to take this situation to court and sue him, Rich has filed for bankruptcy and has never finalized it, so he just adds you to the list of many and you never get your money back!!!
