Shampooline will only use the post office for shipping, no matter what service you select and pay for on the website. Your entire order will not be shipped, but you will be charged for the entire order. Trying to speak with customer service to explain the situation is impossible. They will talk over you, and treat you as though you are trying to rip them off, if you get this far with them before they hang up on you. If you can stay on the phone long enough to talk them into refunding the money for the items not shipped, (which they call "backordered"), make sure you explain to them that you should also be credited for the shipping you paid on the items that were never sent to you, because they conveniently forget about that. Oh, and there will not be a packing list in the box listing items sent and items "backordered'. Not matter what price they list for items, the supossedly savings is notis not worth the risk of the hassle and time you will have to go through and spend on trying toget your money back.
