I had a great experience from this company! After ordering i looked at reviews and got concerned seeing all of the negative ones for the site, but i ended up having a great experience. Ordered on Tuesday, immediately recieved a confirmation email. I tried to track the order on the site and wasnt able to so called the 800 number given on the site (it was not out of order and many people said in complaints), they adv me to track it on USPS.com. So i did and it had been shipped. Got it today, less than a week later and it was the correct order. I got exactly what i had order.
I am sorry for all of you who had such negative experiences. I am not doubting them but mine really was very good! Hopefully this is a sign that they have fixed many of the problems you have faced. `
