James Zhang Refuse to Respond to further emails concerning no information related to tracking number provided

I placed an order with 138goods on their website www.138goods.com. The order contained eight name-brand shirts and one name-brand shirt. After placing the order, I had to use Western Union to send the money since the company was based in China and had not set up anything with PayPal.

The owner retrieved my payment from Western Union within less than 24 hours and asked me to confirm my order and email him the size to one of the shirts which I accidentally left off the size for. He further explained that my order would be shipped upon confirmation.

I confirmed the order and within less than another 24 hour span, he emailed me a tracking number with a link to EMS, the company the order was being shipped through. He further explained that I should be able to track my order within two days if there were no problems getting the articles through customs.

Well, that was the last email I've received from him. I waited as instructed to track my order, but the EMS site is still saying that there is no information on that tracking number. The date Mr. James Zhang last emailed me was July 8, and still as of today, July 17, no tracking information is available.

However, I've sent Mr. Zhang two emails within the past week asking him to please check on my order to see why there's no information available, and he's refusing to email me back. Prior to supposedly shipping my order, we sent several emails corresponding back and forth, but now, he has not responded to neither one asking for help in tracking my order.

I'm a little concerned because I have ordered from another company in China, the day after placing the order with Mr. Zhang, and using the shipping information they sent me I was able to track immediately with success.in fact, I know that the order is in the United States.

Furthermore, I've called the USPS and they have no information on that mailing label number. Naturally, I'm more than a little concerned that I've been ripped off by this foreign company.

I didn't have an extremely large order, but my order total was $168 and some odd cents after paying Western Union. Any help would be appreciated.
