Cashed check for services offered, 7 months later still do not have item repair or returned and no calls or emails returned

Mr Miller's site is www.MicroWaveDisplay.com. He states for 39.95 he repairs microwave display units. Send him the unit and the check. Did so on 11-1. Check cashed almost immediately. After several weeks, followed up with emails and then phone calls. No return call. Voice mail full. NO return to emails. It is now 7 months later and nothing. This is crime, internet fraud, mail fraud.
