I had a fairly unused microwave (Sharp Model R-530 EW) that had a faulty display. Found William E. Miller on an internet search. On his website, he claims to be able to repair the mircowave display for $39.95 and give directions on how to take it apart. Microwave part was shipped along with a check for $39.95 on 11/8. The check was cashed on 11/18, so I know he received the part.
Website claims 2-3 week turnaround on repairs, it's now been six months and still no part. I've tried calling but only get an answering machine. I sent several emails and only got one response from Mr. Miller saying he's look into it, haven't heard from him since and he refuses to answer anymore emails.
Although the display was hard to see, it at least worked, now it doesn't thanks to Mr. Miller. Any company that treats it's customers like William E. Miller has no business being in business! I wished I looked around before I sent the part because he's ripping off a lot of people.
