William E. Miller Very responsive when I asked if he could fix my unit, but now that he has it, over 2 weeks, not responding to 3 emails or phone call message left

When I contacted his email and asked if he could repair my unit, he responded very quickly that he could with instructions on how to remove the control panel. I did it and sent the 2 checks requested. Confirmed that the unit was received by him, but now am not getting a response to several emails or phone call voice message. Plan on filing complaint with BBB, and then the attorney general. Want control panel back if he can't repair.
