UPS store put wrong address on package refuses to do right thing

We rented a mailbox from the UPS store in Avon Lake Ohio. We have recently moved. We notifyed this store to forward our mail to our new address. The clerk put the wrong address on it and now our mail is lost/stolen.

We had it sent via UPS ground delivery. We gave the clerk our visa number and she got that correct and charged us immediately for the service.

UPS requires that this store send them a 'return service label' in order for them to search for the package. After numerous phone calls and emails, they still are refusing to do this.

Numerous calls to the store requesting that it's owner, Scott Sweress, call us have gone unanwsered.

The package that was lost contained bank statements, social security numbers, etc.

Now we have to spend at least $80 for court costs, traveling expenses and time off from work in order to sue them for gross negligence and to try and get them to have UPS put ad lost package search on this item.

I can't wait to get these criminals in court
