I purchased clothing in late February and returned most of it (poor quality). After waiting a month for my refund (refund policy said they would refund within 30 days), I began calling the company. Yes indeed they did receive my returned merchandise and it was being processed.
3 months have gone by and I have called the company a total of 10 times and have still not received my refund. Everytime I called I got a different "promise". I was repeatedly told my refund would be in my account within 3 business days... I figured something must be up. Sure enough on my 10th phone call I was told that the company just filed bankruptcy and I would not be receiving any refund. Sorry ma'm you will not be receiving the money we owe you but you will be receiving a letter in the mail.
Do not order from this company!
