Striaex billed me for the free trial which I returned, and then enrolled me in their subscription. I never asked to be enrolled and was sent a shipment of their product. I promptly returned it. I then contacted them several times. And they responded back saying the return process is lengthy.
Several months later I received an email stating that I would be receiving my refund (about 170$ they took from me) on my next credit card statement. This NEVER happened. I then contacted them and they said - That they can not find my refund and would look in to the matter. It has been about 6 months since they've taken my money and have yet to receive a refund. Do not buy anything from this company!!!
