Refund Policy

EZ Own Car Supply doesn't adhere to their Reimbursement Policy. Because of economic conditions, I delivered a vehilce for them inside their 7-day reimbursement plan and was informed that I'd obtain my reimbursement within the type of a deposit to my banking account (I settled my deposit having a charge card) within 3-5 business days. It's now been over 5 business days (the automobile was delivered on November 30). I approached the salesman who sugegsted I contact the organization workplace and have to talk to Ann.

Everytime I call I am informed that Leslie has gone out of work plus they have no idea when she'll be in. no body else at work might help me. No body there understands what is happening with my reimbursement. I adopted the rules of the refund plan, delivered the automobile prior to the seven days was up and also have been patiently awaiting my reimbursement. I have quit Leslie numerous communications and I've yet to receiev a call-back from her. The things they are doing isn't right and I'd dislike to determine another person proceed through the exact same scenario I am going through.

EZ Own Auto Supply must return me my cash per their reimbursement policy inside the schedule mentioned within their reimbursement plan.
