Waiting for refund!

So I am going on 2 months of calls to the seattle coffee direct company asking for my refund. I signed up for their 5 for 5 deal back in Feb 09'. I then started receiving more shipments of coffee in March. I called the company to find out about returning the product and getting a refund. They were very helpful and explained that if I marked my packages "Return to sender" and returned them I would get my refund.

I did so, but I still haven't received my refund. I have called three times. The first time I was told that the product was there and that I would get my refund by the end of the week. The second call (two weeks later) I was told that the refund would come 20 days after the day they received the product. So I marked my calander and now it is 23 days since that date. Another call today to customer service and now I am told that there was an error on my refund and that it would be forwarded to a manager, expect a refund in 7-10 business days.

Now, if I was late on paying them their money, I would be charged late fees with interest, so how come I can't charge them late fees with interest for not paying me on time. Additionally all a while I'm having to pay interest on my credit card for these charges.
