Custom print order - UPS mistakenly routed from CA to New York and sent it back by TRAIN!!! Now my customer will not receive their order on time. UPS thinks it's okay that an order that was scheduled to be delivered to a customer on May 31st (promised order by June 1) will now be delivered on June 9th.
What kind of customer service is that? You would think since it was their mistake they would send it back overnight. Everyone is upset... Me... My customer... My boss... It will be faster to redo the order and ship again... But NOT cost effective for our business: (
The attitude of UPS customer service was... Oh well.
