Impressively bad. I had a package that needed to be sent 90 miles within southern California - it is currently in Oregon (I placed the order 5 days ago). It will (theoretically) get to my house 8 days after the order was sent. I called customer service - all they would say is "sorry." No attempt to rectify their mistake. No attempt to send my misplaced package in a faster mode once they realized they messed up. It's like a company selling you something that is broken, refusing to take it back, and just saying "sorry." Unacceptable.
